SHIPPING POLICY

At USA Fashion, we work to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. We partner with top carriers and focus on getting your order out the door fast — at the most affordable rates we can offer.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your package weight, destination, and the carrier service you select. You will see all available options and exact rates before completing your order — no surprises.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing window: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day
- Orders begin processing within 1 hour of receipt during regular business hours
Getting your order out quickly is a top priority for us.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with trusted carriers to give you the best combination of speed and value:
- USPS — Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and services to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes
- UPS — Ground and expedited options
- FedEx — Ground and priority options
Carrier and service selection may vary based on your location, package weight, and the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CARRIER LIABILITY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- USPS does not guarantee delivery times on standard services
- UPS and FedEx may offer guaranteed delivery on select services — any such guarantee is provided by the carrier directly, not by USA Fashion
USA Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier, and their performance is beyond our control.
We assume no responsibility for delays resulting from:
- Carrier errors or service disruptions
- Severe weather or other natural events
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Customer address errors or omissions
- Any other circumstances outside our control
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
All order change and cancellation requests must be submitted through our website chat or by email to Support@USAFashion.com. Requests submitted through any other channel cannot be processed.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee it will be accepted — all changes must be confirmed by USA Fashion in writing before taking effect. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot retrieve it.
REFUSED OR INCORRECT ADDRESS DELIVERIES
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to the returned order
- If you wish to have the order reshipped, new shipping charges will apply
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays, additional fees, or lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your destination address.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not collected by USA Fashion — they are charged separately by the carrier or customs authority upon arrival in your country. If you refuse to pay customs duties and your package is returned or abandoned, you will not be refunded for the order or the original shipping cost.
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the high cost of international return shipping, any missing or damaged items on international orders — including orders to Canada — will be resolved via store credit only. No exceptions.
Once your international order ships, risk of loss passes to you.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order through the Shop App.
Please allow 1–2 days after shipment for tracking to activate in the carrier's system. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with your household, neighbors, or building manager — carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations
- Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a trace or inquiry
