RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At USA Fashion, we offer high-quality styles at true wholesale pricing. To keep our prices as low as possible, we follow a transparent pricing model — meaning you only pay for the product, and return-related costs are kept separate rather than built into every purchase. Less than 2% of our orders are returned, and we believe it is fairer to keep those costs transparent than to raise prices across the board for everyone.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible domestic U.S. orders.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- In new, resalable condition
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Go to our Returns Portal
- Click Start a Return
- Choose the appropriate return reason
- Submit your return request
Once your return is approved, you will receive your return shipping label by email.
If you purchased Checkout+, your return label will be provided for free.
If you did not purchase Checkout+, you will be responsible for the cost of your return label.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions by email.
RETURN FEES
To maintain our wholesale pricing model, the following fees apply to all approved returns:
- 25% restocking fee applied to the order subtotal
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — prepaid return labels are not provided
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We keep our prices low by not building return costs into every purchase. We believe this is a fairer approach — customers who never return items should not subsidize the cost for those who do.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Swimwear and intimate bottoms
- Undergarments and shapewear
- Personal protective gear
- Health and beauty products
- Opened or used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- All international orders — see International Orders section below
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — ideally within 3 days of delivery.
When you reach out, please provide your order number, clear photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. For the fastest resolution, please contact us through our website chat.
REFUSED OR INCORRECT ADDRESS DELIVERIES
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to the returned order
- If you wish to have the order reshipped, new shipping charges will apply
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays, additional fees, or lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — FINAL SALE
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Due to the high cost of international return shipping, any missing or damaged items on international orders — including orders to Canada — will be resolved via store credit only. No exceptions.
Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by their destination country. If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to nonpayment of customs fees or an incorrect address, the order remains non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an international order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
A NOTE ON LOW-COST ITEMS
For lower-priced items, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee may equal or exceed the item's value. In these cases, we encourage customers to consider:
- Gifting the item to a friend or family member
- Donating it to a local charity
- Setting it aside as a backup or future gift
This helps everyone benefit from our unbeatable pricing while keeping the process fair.
